Obituary for Everett Thomas "Tommy" Hall

Everett Thomas "Tommy" Hall, 68, husband of Marilyn Watson Hall, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017. He was born January 29, 1949 in Fayette County, Kentucky to the late Everett and Dorothy Duvall Hall. He was a member of Oakland Christian Church. Tommy was a 13 year employee of Clark Equipment, and retired from the Scott County Board of Education having worked in the Maintenance Department. He was a member of the Masonic Scott Lodge #702 Stamping Ground, and also a Kentucky Colonel. Tommy enjoyed gardening, farming, his horses, and especially his devoted friend and dog, Harley. He also had a love for people and spending time with his family and friends.

Along with his wife of 47 years, he is survived by his son, Everett Thomas Hall II (Kim) of Georgetown, Kentucky, and daughter, Kristin Hall (Valerie) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, grandchildren, James Thomas Hall, Kendall Skillman-Hall, Kathryn Skillman-Hall, great grandchild, Kolton McAllister, brother, Ted (Johnita) Hall, sister, Annell Purvis, mother-in-law, Mary Lusby Watson, brothers-in-law, Robert Watson, Jr. (Amy), Jackie Watson, Stephen Watson (Charmin), and several nieces and nephews. Tommy is also survived by a special lifelong friend, Patsy Stephens Brown.

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 pm, Friday, at Tucker, Yocum, & Wilson Funeral Home. Services will be 11:00 am Saturday, at the funeral home with Minister Scott Johnson and Judge George Lusby officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ron Neal, Harry Offutt, Randall Grimes, Heath Oliver, Bill Swartz, and Coy Green, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Hall, Hebbie Purvis II, Gary Ward, Rollie Marshall, B.J.
