Obituary for Frazier Eugene Duncan

Frazier Eugene Duncan, 87, husband of Melrose Duncan, passed away March 27, 2017. He was born June 10, 1929 in Scott County Kentucky to the late Arbor and Celia Dixon Duncan. He was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church at Muddyford. Frazier was a member of the V.F.W. and American Legion. He loved fishing, cooking, and playing his banjo. Frazier was a former Georgetown Police Department Officer. He owned and operated two restaurants: the White Flash and Snack Shack and operated the American Legion kitchen. He and Melrose have been married for almost 62 years.



Along with his wife, he is survived by his son Jimmy & Marci Martin, daughter-in-law, Mae Duncan, all of Georgetown, Kentucky, granddaughters, April & John McDonald, Candice Duncan, Lacy Duncan, Troy Smith, Melana Duncan, grandsons, Blake Martin and Chris Martin, all of Georgetown, great grandchildren, Hope & Chase McDonald, Corbin Martin, MaKenna Duncan, Briana & Savannah Smith, Alisyn Burton, Presley Watts, great great grandson, Peyton McDonald, nieces, Sue & Jim Everly, and Charlsey Wolfe, nephew, Terry Herron. Extended grandchildren, Ronnie Sefcovic and Ashley Sefcovic, and 3 extended great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Eugene Duncan, and by sisters, Mae Herron and Wanda Mulberry.



Visitation will be 4-8 pm, Friday, at Tucker, Yocum, & Wilson Funeral Home. Services will be 2 pm Saturday, at the funeral home with Minister Kenneth Watts officiating. Burial will be at Georgetown Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Elwood Carlton, J.J. Everly, Steve Yocum, Randy Hatton, Bennie Dunn, Jason Sams, Courtney Garnett, and Jerry Evans.

Visitation:
Thursday, February 16 from 3-8 pm at Victory Life Church

Funeral:
Memorial Service on Friday, February 17 at 1 pm at Victory Life Church
