Obituary for Mary Helen Trainor Noel

Mary Helen Trainor Noel, 82, widow of Marvin Noel, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017. She was a retired factory worker, restaurant owner, and private caregiver. She was born October 23, 1934 to the late Everett & Nannie Trainor. She was a graduate of Rose Hill High School.

She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and matriarch of her family. Her hobbies were being a homemaker, cooking, & movies. She is survived by sons Harold Stephen and Anthony Todd (Kim) Huffman, grandchildren Lisa (Quentin) Blake, Tony, Trevor, Parker, & Madelyn Huffman. Great Grandmother of Noah Huffman, Naomi & Olivia Mullins, Marlee Rucker, and Moses Blake, brother, William (Bill) Trainor, sisters, Ada Watts, Frances (Kenneth) Watts, Phyllis (Ron) Sallee, Ruth Trainor, Dolores (Roy) Wood, Harold Huffman father of children, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded by sisters Lavina (Cotton) Gushi and Nancy Trainor, brothers David (Sam), Irvin Lee & George Walter Trainor. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Northpoint Lexington Health Care and Bluegrass Care Navigators for their services as caregivers.

Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Sunday, April 2, 207, services will be 2 pm Monday, April 3, all at Tucker, Yocum, & Wilson Funeral Home with Minister Kenneth Watts officiating. Burial will be at Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, KY. Pallbearers are Tony & Trevor Huffman, Kevin & Brian Wood, Ryan Sallee, Ricky & Ronnie Gushi, and Samuel (Sammy) Trainor. Honorary pallbearers are Parker, Madelyn & Noah Huffman, Naomi & Olivia Mullins, Marlee Rucker, Moses Blake, Ken Douglas Watts, Jennifer & Jimmy Pigg, and Quentin Blake. In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made to Bluegrass Care Navigators (Hospice) 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY 40504.
